Type [[Note title]] in a note to link to another note with that title, or [[Note title|shown text]] to show different words. Type @Name, or @[Full Name] for a name with spaces, to mention a patient. Links are read from the text of your notes; nothing extra is stored.
Each note shows what it links to, what links back to it, and who it mentions. The graph view draws your notes and mentions as a map, so a patient's notes sit together.
Notes made from consultation recordings or dictation are ordinary notes: you can add links and mentions to any of them. They stay on your computer; see privacy.
